Ovarian reserve testing can help estimate how many eggs a woman has remaining in her ovaries. For ovarian reserve testing, Dr Susan Hudson recommends three tests. The first test is an antral follicle count. The second test is checking a patient’s Anti-Müllerian Hormone, or AMH. Finding out a patient’s follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and estradiol levels is the third test done when evaluating a women’s ovarian reserve.
